We use specially ventilated, sturdy recyclable packaging that secures the plant in place, ensuring it reaches your doorstep fresh and undamaged regardless of the distance.

What is your return policy for live plants?

While live plants cannot be returned, we offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee if your plant arrives damaged or in poor health. Just share a photo with our support team.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your green companions will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Do the plants come with pots included?

Yes, most of our plants come in high-quality nursery pots. You can also upgrade to our premium ceramic or self-watering planters at the time of purchase.

Will I receive care instructions for my new plant?

Absolutely! Every plant comes with a detailed care card covering sunlight requirements, watering schedules, and soil preferences to help your plant thrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
