Return Process

  Visit our Returns Center within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to start the process.

  Upload Proof

  For live plants or fragile ceramic pots, please upload clear photos or a short video showing the damage or condition of the item received.

  Quality Inspection

  Our team of horticulturists will review your request within 24-48 hours to verify the health status or defect of the product.

  Resolution

  Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement to your doorstep or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
